Q: Will SunCPAC have a booth at the April 16th Charter Club & Interest Group Expo?
A: Yes. On Saturday, April 16, Sun City Property Assessment Council will have a substantial booth at the Sun City Charter Club Expo in Prairie Lodge. Come to the Expo, meet SunCPAC Council members, learn more of the services it provides to Sun City residents, obtain a free print out of the Model Report showing the assessment information about your residence, and have questions answered by SunCPAC representatives. Knowing more about the assessment process can make your dealings with the township and county assessors more friendly. So come join SunCPAC at the Expo.
Q: To what kinds of questions will SunCPAC provide answers?
A: SunCPAC [website www.suncpac.org] will answer questions about the assessment information it compiles and provides to Sun City residents. During the Expo, SunCPAC will be assisted by fellow residents with a high degree of expertise related to property assessments in responding to questions. Assisting will be Al Roberts, a Certified Illinois Assessing Officer and qualified property assessor, and “Sun City” Rob Auld, a founding member to SunCPAC and a real estate agent specializing in Sun City properties.
