The Polish American Club presented a bountiful St. Joseph’s Table before their March 17 meeting. Members provided a variety of tasty foods. Main dishes included stuffed cabbage, Polish sausage, sauerkraut, meatballs, potatoes and bacon and (cheese, meat, and sauerkraut) peirogi, rye bread, buns, beets, salads, assorted fruit, and a variety of relishes completed the meal. After the meeting, members were treated to some delicious baked goods and dessert salads. It was a very enjoyable afternoon.
Photos (Top): The table was ready for the members to serve themselves, with Nancy Raduha making sure everything was in good order. Nancy and fellow member, Evelyn Likens, do an extraordinary job in coordinating and serving refreshments for all meetings of the Club.
(Bottom): With President Phill Kopczynski looking on, Deacon Lou Farinella from St. Mary Church conducted a short prayer service in honor of St. Joseph and provided a blessing of the members.
