For the past 7 years, I have been teaching a four-week class in June, repeating the same material July and August. This year I would like to try something different. Instead of presenting a tow-hour class each session, I will be cutting back to less than an hour of teaching on one or two specific topics each week. The remainder of the time will be spent getting to know my readers, supporting you in your health challenges and answering questions.
Most support groups meet with the purpose of helping people live with their specific illness. This group will focus on a healthy lifestyle to get well and stay well. If that is your desire, you belong with us for as many of the 14 weeks as you are able to attend.
