I live in Sun City. My granddaughter stays with us every Tuesday after school and we take her back to school the next morn- ing. She has been collecting aluminum cans from 15 neighbors that save all their cans for her. She picks them up the first Tuesday of each month and crushes them. It takes 35 cans to make a pound. We just turned them in this week and had 330 pounds, which come out to 11,550 cans that she crushed from last summer to now. She is saving her money for college.
