The turnout was good Saturday for this year’s first Outdoor Huntley’s Farmers Market returned to its traditional Dhamer Square venue. Last year the Market had to temporarily reclocate to the Village’s Main Street Muncipal complex while Downtown reconstruction, including expanded parking, was underway. Huntley Market maven Barb Read said by 11 pm attendance had already hit 300, even though seedlings outnumbered locally grown fruits and veggies this early in the season. “We’ll have a lot more in a few weeks,” she said. Huntley’s Outdoor Farmers Market will run from 8 am to 1 pm every Saturday through Oct. 8.
