Sherwin’s VIP Fashion Service and Fashion Show delighted its audience in Drendel Ballroom on Wednesday, June 29. Accompanied by a delicious luncheon provided by Jameson’s, one highlight of the program featured “The Price is Right” game with Kristi Buckman and Judy Koplos winning wardrobe items sold that day in Prairie Lodge’s hall outside the show venue. Before and after the formal showing of model-selected items, racks of casual sportswear, tops and sweaters, pants and jackets were available for purchase by those in attendance. In addition, Diane’s Boutique featured purses, scarves, and jewelry for sale. Moderator, Jeff Shapiro’s reading of excerpts from biography statements (written by the models present) culminated the afternoon with a humorous note. Chaired by Fran Pecoraro, Sun City’s other models (in alphabetical order) included Joanna Chen, Susie Goldsmith, Joanie Koplos, Helke Loughlin, Kate Malay, Barb Marson, Anne Novak, Sharon Propkopek, Lorraine Rasmussen, and Muriel Wright.
