It seems so long ago artisans decided to build a new church a cathedral a home for God, a castle fit for a King, a King of Kings. A place to come to pray, be baptized, and get married and yes a couple to be crowned as King and Queen. So many laborers took it upon themselves to become involved that will take longer than they have on earth. Written in books names of people that left their mark there, I come to offer God my talents to share with others. Never again could a cathedral give such an effect on hearts to see what stood for hundreds of years. A monument that could never be replaced. Restored it must be, but it lost to a point the grandeur of this magnificent cathedral could only be compared to a castle in heaven. Truly God must have shed many tears to see his home damaged. The strength of hard work and many prayers people joined as one. From ashes it’s to be restored and its history Notre Dame will be a beacon of light to come back and see all the love Notre Dame has to offer.
