Millions in the US and around the world watched the State of the Union speech. The Democratic Party had the opportunity to show who they were, and instead we saw Ms. Pelosi, the Speaker of the House, POUTING like a stressed two-year-old. She ripped up the speech, and others also acted like spoiled children. The cameras canvassed the audience only to see the actions of the far left and those who say they were left behind, displaying their lack of maturity. They are the ones who could find absolutely nothing to clap about, zero compassion for all the people that where honored. The world chuckled as they said, these people run the country. To the hard working Democrats who try to do their job, I commend you and hope you prevail in cleaning up your challenged party.

Children have been known to voice a simple response when confronted by a bully āname callerā. They may have chosen their own words in response to a verbal attack.
STICKS AND STONES WILL BREAK MY BONES BUT NAMES WILL NEVER HURT ME.
In a similar way, the team presenting the prosecutionās case at the impeachment trial of the president was confronted by a āname caller.ā The name calling of the prosecution team occurred after the acquittal verdict was rendered.
The name caller characterized the prosecution team as sleazebags, scum, crooked, evil, and corrupt.
It was the President of the United States, at the National Prayer Breakfast, who uttered those degradations. The President wasnāt inclined to happily accept a verdict of acquittal. Demeaning the prosecution team reflected on the character of the āname callerā rather than the group being demeaned.
Weeks after the impeachment trial, during one of the debates one of the candidates vying for the Democrat President nomination reminded another candidate about his using phrases like āfat broadsā and āhorse faced lesbiansā.
So much for civility.

I’m hoping that the Sun City residence will attend the March 10, 2020 “DESTINATION 158 COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT SESSION” AT DEL WEBB”S SUN CITY IN DRENDEL BALL ROOM.
I asked Mr. Scott Rowe, Superintendent of D-158 to please include the explanation of two items as follows:
1.The new Solar System will yield about $270,000 per year for 20 years, and also neither D-158 and the Huntley residence will not pay the initial and maintenance cost for this system. GREAT….However, will Mr. Rowe explain why the $270,000 will benefit the Huntley residence taxpayers?
2. In reviewing the “BOARD BRIEFS–LEVY HEARING & REGULAR MEETING of DECEMBER 19, 2019 stated”, “The 1.9% for Year 2019 for 2020, D-158 extend approximately $1.64M in additional operating property taxes, This means a homeowner with a $300,000 home will see an approximate $87 increase in their property tax bill for the school district D-158″.
Therefore, One’s Tax bill will indicate your Fair Cash Value, Example; if one’s Fair Cash Value is $225,000, then $225,000/$300,000 x $87 = $65.25 increase. Another example; if one’s Fair Cash Value is $400.000, the $400,000/$300,000 x $87 = $115 increase. Mr. Altmayer agree with my math.,,, So again, will Mr. Rowe confirmed this increase?”
