Last month I completed 10 years of answering reader questions and writing the Ask the Woodchucks articles for the Sun Day. That amounts to 238 articles. I now need to take a break. I don’t know how long a break I will need, but I have some other projects that need my attention.
Many of the reader’s questions I was able to answer without any help, but there is a wealth of expertise among the woodchuck members who I consulted to answer questions. When all else failed I was able to use Google to answer reader’s questions. There are many good videos on YouTube that show you how to make many repairs. I recently watched one of these videos and was able to install a new drain pump on our washing machine in less than 10 minutes. While I am away you should probably use Google to search for answers to your repair problems.
(Editor’s note: I would like to personally extend a huge thank you to John Sterling for helming the Woodchuck’s column for ten years, producing approximately 275,000 words of helpful information and making Ask the Woodchucks a staple in the Sun Day that readers sought. Thank you, John. And I think I can speak for everyone when I say that you deserve the break but we look forward to your return. Chris La Pelusa, Executive Editor.)
