TheĀ March 26 MEETING HIGHLIGHTS Under NEW BUSINESS reported:
MOTION that the Board directs Management to discontinue agreements with Kane County for use of the Prairie Lodge as a polling place.Ā Ā

So, it means what it says it means. After a long tradition, Sun City residents who live in the Kane County portion of Sun City will no longer have the convenience of voting in their respective āback yardā after the April 6 election.
As of this writing, a representative at the Kane County Clerkās office hadĀ no knowledge of, nor, had not been advised of the Sun City Board action.
Sun City residents living in McHenry County will continue voting at the Diecke Park.
