The Sun City Board held their first meeting of 2023 on January 4th and welcomed three new board members. Bill Niemasz, Jim Sanecki and Al Brewer all began their first terms on the Board.
The board also elected new officers for the year. Rus Howard was elected President, Niemasz was elected VP, Sanecki was elected Treasurer and Art Ryden was elected as Board Secretary.
In addition, Howard announced the liaison appointments for the Board Appointed Committees. The appointments were as follows:
• Election – Russ Howard
• Facilities – Roger Lambert
• Finance – Jim Sanecki
• Golf – Russ Howard
• Lifestyles – Al Brewer
• Strategic Planning – Bill Niemasz
• Neighborhood Advisory – Art Ryden
• Charter Club President Council – Dottie Harrison
