A common theme for many letter submissions has been people’s puzzlement on how the country became so divided. This all started under Obama’s campaign to “fundamentally change America.” But back in 2008, the mainstream media was still honest enough to block the “fundamental change” through a much higher level of truth in reporting than what exists today, plus Trump got in their way. But things are changing. Today’s Republican party has become much more diverse so the media’s dishonest, juvenile labeling of republicans as crazy MAGA insurrectionists is absurd even on a common sense level. The dramatic decline in public trust of all government institutions public health in all government agencies or any persons that dissent from uncontrolled change in America are labeled a racist or fascist. The current collapse of the country (the fundamental change) on inflation, crime, defund police, no cash bail, allowing illegals to vote, open borders to anyone from anywhere, prosecuting and jailing political opponents for made up charges, prosecuting states (TX) for defending its residents from an illegal invasion (by the clinical definition of an invasion) are 3rd world communist practices.
The great media philosopher Marshal McLuhan’s most famous quote is “the media is the “message.” The media controls the narratives, true or false. With so many outlets for news nowadays, it is becoming harder and harder for the Left to view every issue through the lens of race. Seek out other news outlets, get different perspectives. For example, the mainstream media pushes DEI like it’s a good thing? Others see it as nothing more than the elite industry monetizing shame.
A larger government destroys the country because of uncontrolled spending and no financial accountability for the spending. It naturally leads to corruption. A private business is always forced to charge the lowest cost to the people since the business has competitors and has actual financial accountability to stay solvent. Governments have no conception of this basic concept because they are spending other people’s money or they just print more which creates inflation. Can you think of any other profession other than a politician where the employees refuse to retire for decades beyond the typical retirement age of working class people? Probably not because the grift and thirst for power is too intoxicating to them.
Many people do not like the previous president’s personality. I doubt any Trump haters will ever spend time with him so why would personality have to do with electability? I couldn’t care less about what politicians say. In virtually every instance, they should be judged on what they DO. We’ve already seen how he would govern (peace through strength), yet mainstream media still fear mongers the public that if elected again, he will execute people, become Hitler, etc. It’s absurd on every label. We had world peace in the last administration due to strong economic sanctions against countries that want to destroy us (but his tweets are so mean). The current administration lifts the Trump sanctions then gives them (Iran) $114 billion to be nice to us. This appeasement shows weakness and only helps fund terrorism against us which has always resulted in further instability of world peace. We are funding the internal destruction of our own country, and people are blind to it? Ninety-one made up Trump charges with no evidence of wrong doing? Taking him off the ballot for insurrection when he (nor any of the political prisoners from Jan 6) has never been charged with insurrection, yet 3 more recent insurrections at the capital supporting Hamas had no media coverage. This is how they keep you dumb and uninformed. Find a crime, then find a person to charge. Very dangerous territory here.
America takes in more immigrants than any nation on earth, but assimilating them into American way of life is a lengthy process. People must be vetted out to protect the sovereignty of our nation/way of life and more importantly for national security and public safety reasons. Liberal Americans oppose the border because they believe it hurts the poor. They want inclusion, not a barrier to it. It’s all about emotion with not much regard for the overwhelming cost to a country already in a spiraling collapse. Be a critical thinker, try watching Greg Kelly, Rob Schmidt, Mark Levin, or Victor David Hanson (to name a few) if you care about truth and history. If you take away one point from this letter as election season approaches, try to judge or vote politicians by what they DO, not what they SAY.

The following is my response to Vivian Lenski’s letter printed in My Sun Day, Jan. 11-24, 2024.
Vivian Lenski’s response (My Sun Day, Jan. 11-24) to a piece written by David Goode (My Sun Day, Dec. 12) is shocking for its naivety and her inability to see and understand what damage has been done to our nation over the last three years since Joe Biden has been president. She claims the lack of bipartisanship in Congress is the reason for Biden’s nation wrecking agenda — nice try. As an aside, the word bipartisan to a Neo–Marxist Democrat means Republicans caving in and going along with their craziness.
So, let’s take a look at Ms. Lenski’s list of what Biden and his “great leadership” has actually done to us:
1. The Pandemic: Biden kept children out of school for two years, ignoring the real medical experts who advised him that only one in a million young people get the virus. The Biden administration did this because of the demands of the teacher’s union, a primary political constituency. Biden set back the education of American students to the extent that most will never catch up and be able to compete in a challenging future. For Biden, the votes and financial backing of the teacher’s union would, of course, take priority over our children’s future.
2. Gun Safety: The bill Ms. Lenski thinks is so great concerning the procurement of guns, infringes on our rights as Americans to be able to defend ourselves. Without guns we are defenseless against a crime wave unleashed on us by Biden’s soft-oncrime prosecutors and anti-police politicos. Thanks Joe.
3. America’s Defense: It was President Trump’s idea to pull us out of Afghanistan, and had he been reelected he would have done it much differently than Joe Biden. For example, he would not have pulled the military out until he got all Americans out as well as the Afghans who helped us fight the Taliban. Leaving them behind to fend for themselves was unbelievably cruel. Many of those folks have been tracked down and murdered while many are still hiding. President Trump would not have left 83 BILLION dollars in weapons behind which will eventually be distributed to our adversaries throughout the Middle East. These arms will, at some point, be used to kill American soldiers. Trump would never have allowed the take-over of the high-tech air base that cost America billions to construct. With Trump in charge, it would have been an orderly withdrawal not a humiliating surrender, and he would not have left so much as a paperclip behind. The thirteen American soldiers killed by terrorists at the end of the evacuation would be alive and well. Despite the needless loss of life during the surrender, Ms. Lenski declares the incredibly stupid incompetence by our Commander & Chief a great success by a “great leader.” I wonder how the parents of the thirteen feel about Ms. Lenski’s “great leader.” Biden’s generals gave up trying to change his strategy on the evacuation. They realized you cannot reason with stupid.
4. Energy: Biden’s goofy approach to climate change is to eliminate the use of petroleum products, which provide 80% of the energy needed to supply our electricity and gas. If he somehow succeeds with this insanity, everything you depend upon for life stops. Look at what happened as he began shutting down pipelines, pipeline construction and drilling. The most immediate example of this kookiness was a $2.00 increase in gasoline and diesel fuel. It caused a world shortage of petroleum. Giving us even more proof of his incompetence, he used our strategic oil reserve which threatens our national security. There is no common sense or practicality in that leftist, ideologically goofy brain of his that seems to worship at the altar of “climate change.”
5. Open Borders: The most devastating thing “the great leader” Biden has done is to have wide-open borders. This insane policy has allowed over nine million illegal invaders into our country. We now have hundreds of known terrorists, human traffickers, and enough Fentanyl to kill everyone on the planet. The invaders bring diseases we thought we had eliminated years ago. The illegals expect that we provide them with food, shelter, healthcare, and education. So-called sanctuary cities are overwhelmed and do not know what to do with the invaders. Current estimates project that the invasion will cost taxpayers one trillion dollars a year. That will all be deficit spending and will cause serious inflation. This deficit spending added to the 34 trillion national debt is unsustainable. Other countries will soon stop financing our insanity. At some point, the rest of the world may stop accepting the dollar as the world currency. Should that happen our inflation rate would become untenable. So why does Biden want this invasion? He thinks the invaders will become Democrats, keeping the Marxist Democrats in power forever thus eliminating any viable opposition.
Could this dire forecast for America get any worse? Well, it can and it will. Just think about how much damage the “great leader” will do with a year of his term remaining. Biden should be impeached now before it is too late. He took the oath of office pledging to protect the country and enforce the rule of law under our Constitution. He has been a complete failure on that pledge. He should also be impeached for taking millions from foreign adversarial countries through his son Hunter. I know Ms. Lenski cannot see it or refuses to see it, but the “great leader” is seriously compromised, has no moral compass and is by far the most unethical individual to ever occupy the highest office in the land — the perfect leader for the new American Marxist Democrat Party.
6. Make America Great Again: Ms. Lenski says she is sick of hearing about MAGA. She says America is still great and compared to most other countries she is right. But compared to what it was before the Biden disaster, it is not nearly as great as it was pre-Biden. That is why we need to “Make America Great Again!”
Finally, Biden’s deceitful and treacherous policies are causing, and will continue to cause, a lot of pain and suffering in the nation for a very long time.
