Our Huntley Walmart store brand prices and Thornton gas prices remained largely unchanged from January 15 to February 15. The only changes were ground beef (up $0.30/lb), milk (down $0.5 /gal) and eggs (up $1.30/doz). Overall, the prices we are monitoring went up $1.55, or 6.14% (driven mostly by egg prices, which went up 31.25%).
Also of note: Although the price for a 16oz jar of store brand creamy peanut butter remained unchanged, there was none on the shelf. There were also several empty shelves of eggs.

- Ground beef/lb – $4.94

- Dried black beans/lb – $1.76
- Whole milk/gal – $2.57
- Eggs/doz – $5.46
- Gas/gal/reg – $3.29
