Congratulations to Mr. Gordon upon reaching a century of life. It was a wonderful story and so inspiring. He has certainly seen and done so much in his lifetime.
As a youngster, he experienced the great depression and its aftermath. He is part of America’s “Greatest Generation.”
I salute him as a member of our armed services. And thank him for defending our country and our freedoms.
He has been through a lot in his lifetime, including the loss of not one, but two wives. He will certainly be in my prayers.
I too, have Cornflakes for breakfast – because at my age, they are easy to make! I also watch Jeopardy, it’s a great show. It reminds me how much I don’t know.
In closing, I wish him the best and hope he keeps on enjoying life!
