Q: What is a Model Report?
A: A Model Report is a compilation of information provided by SunCPAC on line at www.suncpac.org that shows information about each Sun City property sorted by township, model type and assessment size. These reports are also available in paper copy in the Reading Room in Prairie Lodge. The Model Reports are updated each year after each county certifies the new assessments. The Model Reports can be used to analyze and compare property assessments and the information on which they are based.
Q: What other information can be found on the SunCPAC website?
A: On the Model Report webpage at www.suncpac.org is a link to the Drogosz Report. This data base provides information about the dimensions of the basic Sun City home model units, expansion options, basement options, garage sizes, lot sizes, and miscellaneous features that each model may contain. The website also has access to neighborhood maps, Neighborhood Presentation handouts, and links to Township and County Assessor’s websites.
