As Hampshire Township has released its property assessments, Sun City Property Assessment Council will hold an Assessment Information Expo for Hampshire Township residents in the Game Room at Prairie Lodge on August 27, from 8 a.m. to noon. Interested resident will need to provide their name and address. The Expo will then provide the resident with a printed copy of the appropriate pages of the Model Report. This will help residents see how their assessment compares to other homes of the same model in the same township. SunCPAC members will also answer questions about using the Model Report and the assessment appeal process. It is anticipated that similar Expos will be held following the publication of Grafton and Rutland assessments for Sun City residents of those townships.
