The Civic Committee and Lifestyles Department is sponsoring a Feedback Forum on Wednesday, March 14 in the Willow Room at Sun City’s Meadow View Lodge from 1:30 to 3 p.m.
Sun City Resident Linda Carroll is serving on a committee to improve communication and bring collaboration to a higher level of effectiveness and efficiency between Sun City residents and D158. While many plans are in the five-year strategic plan of the district, her intent is to serve as a facilitator between the residents of Sun City and the D158 Strategic Planning Committee on issues to bring the two entities closer together in communications so there is a greater understanding of the issues addressed.
For those who would like to share written ideas on any or all of the five topics below, please attend the Feedback Forum. Advance Registration is preferred and you can reserve a seat at any of the Member Services or Fitness Desks. For the future of the students of D158 and the Sun City Community, please come and share positive written ideas.
1. How to gain trust and community support.
2. How to best communicate with the community and what technology tools and strategies should be used.
3. What new collaboration opportunities are available?
4. How to communicate Transparency of results (no hidden data.)
5. Satisfaction/Perception data (How to report results so they are easily understood.)
