Q: Why does SunCPAC provide links to the township and county assessorās website for my property in its on-line Model Report at www.suncpac.org?
A: Sun City Property Assessment Council [SunCPAC] provides the links as a convenience for residents using the on-line Model Reports so they can access comparable data as well as other property assessment related information, such as exemption rules and forms, available on the assessor websites.
Q: With 2010 property assessments being published beginning in August [Hampshire Township has already been published], when can residents expect to see the 2010 property assessments posted on the www.suncpac.org website?
A: SunCPAC makes every effort to enter the newly released assessment information into its Model Reports within three days after the data is posted by the township assessor. The new 2010 Hampshire Township data is now available in the Model Reports. Residents can also check their township assessorās website for new data. Residents in other townships should check regularly to access their updated Model Report as soon as possible.
