Much of the disagreement between these different generations resembles that of what was occurring between the Baby Boomers and Millennials, and similar with all other generations before that.
In light of the Johnson & Johnson (Janssen) COVID-19 vaccine having been paused due to rare, but potentially lethal side-effects, the McHenry County Department of Health (MCDH), like other vaccination providers, has had to work hard to replace J&J vaccination clinics with either Moderna or Pfizer vaccines.

Well, that was an interesting awards show, wasnât it?
âThe Natives are Restlessâ wrote H. G. Wells in 1933 for âThe Island of Doctor Moreau.â The same could be true today of the residents of Sun City in reaction to the Sun City Board of Directors vote on the future of the Kane County polling site in the Prairie Lodge.

If youâve done any traveling in your life, you see that folks do things differently in other lands. Some of the difference seems interesting and fun, but there are also differences that make you glad to skip back home, where folks do things ârightâ again. âWhat are those people thinking?â you think. âHow can anybody behave like that and think itâs OK?â
A prescription for good health starts with an ability to move your body. Whether you move your body at the fitness centers of Prairie Lodge or Meadowview Lodge in Sun City Huntley, or outside in your neighborhood is your choice. A combination of exercise options can offer a good variety of healthy choices. What may complicate these choices are restrictions from COVID-19, the sidewalk repair program, and winter weather.Â

Vacations tend to always be something of a chore: airline tickets, hotel reservations, car rental, then getting and packing the right clothes. BUT when there is an epidemic raging across the globe, a large number of other factors come into play.

Nancy is what some people might call frugal. I prefer to call her cheap. Of course, this frugality does not apply to jewelry, but I digress.
