Carol Evans, 91, of Algonquin, passed away peacefully on Friday, January 5, 2024, at The Pearl of Crystal Lake. Carol was a special person who lit up any room she entered. She will be remembered for her quick wit, infectious laugh, and her ability to make any person she spoke with feel special. She was a good friend who kept in constant touch with her best friends for over 80 years. She was talented at sewing and cross stitch. She enjoyed playing bridge and doing puzzles. She was an avid Ohio State fan, and you could find her most weekends cheering for her football team. Ann T. Kalscheur, 79, of Huntley, died peacefully on November 9, 2023, with her family by her side. Ann was born March 3, 1944, the daughter of William and Nancy Teichman. Ann grew up in North Brunswick, New Jersey. On November 30, 1968, Ann married Kenneth Kalscheur at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Washington, D.C.
